Create a Lagos Life account

Use Sign up on the official game website to create your Lagosian, or Log in to return to an existing account. Registration is for players aged 18 or older.

Fields on the sign-up screen

Select Sign up at lagoslife.app. The form viewed on 7 October 2026 shows:

  • Your name. A name field at the top of the form.
  • Username. The form describes this as your Sim's name in Lagos Life.
  • Password. The visible guidance asks for at least eight characters.
  • Email (optional). The accompanying note says it helps you recover access if you forget your password.
  • Age and agreement checkbox. Confirmation that you are 18+ and agree to the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

The Terms of Use, section 3, also mention a man or woman selection for avatar customization. That selection was not present on the initial form viewed here. Account submission and later character-creation screens are outside this guide's current coverage.

Your account responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your account. Your username, display name, profile, avatar, and permitted social activity may be visible to other players. You are responsible for activity through your account, except where unauthorized activity results from circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.

You must not sell, rent, transfer, share, or commercially trade your Lagos Life account without written permission.

Returning players and account help

Choose Log in if you already have an account. The optional email field is described as a recovery aid, but this guide has not tested the password-recovery process. Use the official site's support links for account-specific help; Lagos Lifestyle Game Guide cannot reset a password or access your character.

Section 20 of the terms says players can request account deletion through an available feature or by contacting Lagos Life. Deletion may initially be a soft deletion, with some records retained for security, transactions, or legal obligations. Read that section and the game's privacy policy before requesting removal.

What does a Lagos Life account ask for?

The initial form viewed on 7 October 2026 asks for your name, username, and password, with an optional email field and an age-and-terms agreement. Later registration screens were not tested.

Can you sell or share the account?

Section 3 says you must not sell, rent, transfer, share, or commercially trade the account without written permission.
